Personality

Alea is a very outgoing bubbly miqo'te.
She didn't have a lot of friends growing up so she does her very best to make everyone feel welcomed.
While she doesn't necessarily "enjoy" being the Warrior of Light, she does enjoy getting to help people all across the star.
She would much rather someone else be in the spotlight, which is why she tends to push Alphinaud towards the spotlight.
Although she is very bubbly and often mistaken for being naive or ditsy, she is very observant and intelligent; keeping notes on people she mistrusts should she ever need blackmail.
Because she can and will blackmail you.While not naive she does have a tendency to want to see the best in people even when she really shouldn't.
ie sympathizing with almost every "villain" shes ever had to deal with, (Ysayle, Zenos, Yotsuyu, Fordola, Emet-Selch, Elidibus, etc)She places trust and loyalty above all else, should she think someone isn't being fully truthful with her she'll get standoffish and cold until they either apologize and explain or continue to lose her trust.

Platonic Relationships:Verentis Helrac: Aleas first friend, they met on the Azim Steppe when they were both very young after Aleas parents brought her with them on an expedition. They became fast friends as neither of them had many friends and felt very comfortable in each others presence.Mora Leisure: TBDAlphinaud and Alisaie Leveilleur: Aleas childhood home is about 4 houses down from the Leveilleur estate so she recalls seeing the twins as babies. In adulthood Alea considers both of them her little siblings and will protect them with her life. While she found them both very entitled upon meeting in Gridania she is very proud of the people they have grown into.Y'shtola Rhul: Alea recalls meeting Y'shtola very briefly as children in Sharlayan but they didn't speak, just stood behind their parents before going on their way. In adulthood Alea is very comfortable with Y'shtola and considers her one of her closest friends.
Shadowbringers Spoilers: During Shadowbringers after Alea heard Urianger and Y'shtola talking in private about information being kept from her, she got very standoffish to them both. Y'shtola understanding why but not being able to tell her until later. Y'shtola apologized upon coming back to the Source, Alea understood her reasonings and no longer holds it against herThancred Waters: Alea and Thancred have a familiar relationship, they are able to pick on each other to their hearts content knowing they don't really mean it. Thancred being one of the first people Alea warmed up to upon joining the Scions. Alea had seen Thancred in Sharlayan but hadn't ever spoken to him.Urianger Augurelt: Alea has a major crush on Urianger as children, as the time she spent on Sharlayan she had met him multiple times while with her parents. She knew hardly anything about him but she liked the way he talked and thought he was cute. During ARR she got closer to him and throughout everything she considers him a very close friend and feels very comfortable around him as he reminds her of Sharlayan.Ryne Waters: Alea considers Ryne one of her little siblings in line with Alphinaud and Alisaie, she does her best to go back to The First frequently so she can see Ryne.Tataru Taru: Alea and Tataru are gossip while weaving buddies, they're very close and care deeply for each other.G'raha Tia: Alea loves G'raha and sees him as one of her closest friends, she loves adventuring with him and sharing her life with him. Though she remains oblivious that he has a crush on her.Estinien Varlineau: Was there for her after Haurchefants passing and she cares for him very deeply. Is aware of his feelings for her (not that he knows though) but says nothing in fear of losing him which would break her as he is one of the people she knows she can always lean on.Romantic Relationships:Haurchefant Greystone: The first person Alea felt truly in love with, his death was the first thing to break her spirit and she still carries the weight of his death on her shoulders because she feels that as a very accomplished White Mage she should've been able to heal him and yet couldn't.Emet-Selch: Alea's soulmate, much to his chagrin. Alea, being the closest reincarnation to Azem, felt instantly connected to Emet-Selch. She felt like she'd come home after being gone for so long after meeting him and found it extremely hard to stay away from him. While she does not at all agree with what he has done, she cannot say that she wouldn't do the same for those she loves. They are very much in love.
Shadowbringers Spoilers: Alea prays and prays that she's able to contain the light from the lightwardens because she fears what will happen is she can't. Not her death, but Emets. She knows how this will end but continues to ignore the signs until she can't any longer. Killing Emet-Selch breaks Alea, she no longer feels fit to be the Warrior of Light and spends a long time mourning him.
Endwalker Spoilers: Elpis for Alea is incredibly hard because she gets to be around Emet again but he has no memory of her, and that's somehow worse. Alea finally tells Emet she loves him in Ktisis before Venat and Hythlodaeus get her out of there. She knows it means nothing to him now but it will later and that's all that matters.
Upon his return to her during the final moments with Meteion, he gets very upset that she waited so long to tell him that she loves him. But he tells her that he loves her too.
Aleas Canon, not Story Canon: After everything, including Pandaemonium, Alea feeling a disturbance in the Aetherial Sea jumps in to solve the problem without thinking twice. Comes back two weeks later with Emet-Selch in tow, unbeknownst to her friends Alea, in an act of desperation, had given up half her to soul to bring Emet back to life.There will be more here later. :3

Pre-ARR:Alea Magra was born on the 15th Sun of the 1st Umbral Moon, the night of Valentiones Day in Sharlayan. Her mother was a 25 year old Miqo'te that had arrived to Sharlayan seeking shelter from Garlemald, she spoke very little common but was able to get across that she needed a doctor.
